• Transit: 5–10 business days (USA) | 6–12 business days (Canada) | 10–25 business days (International)

• Fulfillment: Hand-assembled to order in 7–10 business days

• United States: FREE Shipping (5–10 business days)

• Canada: $5 Flat-Rate (6–12 business days)

• International: $20 Flat-Rate (10–25 business days)

2. CUSTOMS, TAXES & FEES

• Sales Tax & Processing: Included directly in the item price—no additional taxes or processing fees added at checkout.

• International Customs: Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or bank exchange fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Although all items are custom-made to order, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Exceptions: Proceeds donated to [U24] are strictly non-refundable.

4. DELIVERY ISSUES & DAMAGED ITEMS

If your package arrives damaged in transit or gets lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at duhvolishop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve it.
